Hey there! We're excited to let you know that all orders from Soulful are shipped express right out of beautiful Bali, Indonesia, using DHL Express. Your parcels will be airmailed and will need a signature upon delivery to ensure they arrive safely.
Once your payment is authorized and verified, we’ll get to work processing your order! For items that are in-stock and don’t require any custom order, please allow up to 2 business days. Just a heads up—during sale periods, it might take a little longer. Some of our gorgeous pieces are hand made to order, so they’ll need a bit more time, too. Be sure to check the product description for any specific notes on shipping times.
On average, you can expect your order to be processed within 1-5 business days.Â
And the best part? We ship worldwide! Typically, you can expect your goodies to arrive within 5 - 8 business days.Â
As soon as your parcel is shipped and on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel, redirect, or make any changes to it.
We’re sorry, but we can’t ship to PO Boxes since all packages require a signature upon delivery. So, please make sure to provide your daytime delivery street address and a contact phone number. Unfortunately, we can’t leave packages unattended in your letterbox or at your front door.

Also, just a friendly reminder: if a parcel is abandoned or refused, we won’t be able to offer a refund for the shipped items, shipping costs, or any import duties or fees you may have incurred.
⚠️ **USA:** Recently, Just a quick update for our friends in the U.S. – the current administration has introduced import taxes and tariffs on incoming packages. This means that a fee will be applied to your order. We wish we could help reduce these charges, but unfortunately, they are mandatory..
**Australia/NZ:** Great news for our customers in Australia and New Zealand! You can enjoy tax-free imports on orders valued up to AUD 1,000.
